Press tickets

The State Opera provides free tickets for journalists to selected performances based on their sending a copy of their press pass or its international equivalent (IFJ – International Federation of Journalists). One ticket is issued for each pass. Tickets must be ordered at least seven days before the performance. Tickets ordered can be picked up in the State Opera box office at Wilsonova 4, Prague 1, telephone 224 227 266, opening hours Monday – Friday 10 AM – 5:30 PM, Saturday – Sunday 10 AM – noon and 1 PM – 5:30 PM, or at the evening box office a half hour before the performance.

The State Opera grants the right to reproduce all photographs stored here free of charge, provided they are used solely for noncommercial purposes. However, the SO requires that the following information be given with each publication or dissemination, whether in the press, on the internet, or in another electronic medium:

XML exports

XML is a language for the transfer of structured data in a unique fashion enabling automatic processing. XML exports from the State Opera (SO) databases function as a simple XML interface enabling you to receive up-to-date information about the schedule, repertoire and profiles of individual performances and artists.
